Returns & Exchanges

At Go Modest Boutique we are confident you are going to love your new clothing.

We accept returns for exchanges or store credit. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or for any reason, you may return your item and we will issue you a gift card or store credit for that amount. You can then re-order the size you need if it is available.

Please note:  All Clearance, Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

You may exchange an item(s) up to seven calendar days after you have received it. -Meaning it must be postmarked returned no later than seven days after receiving.

We accept returns for store credit only.  Any return must be in new condition, meaning: unworn, unaltered, free of any smells including but not limited to deodorant smells, perfume smells and with tags still attached. Once we have received your return, we will notify you that we have received it. It will be inspected and if it is approved we will initiate a store credit/gift card to your account. You will receive an email notification. Please allow 2 business days to process it.

All items must be well packed and the customer should use tracking to protect against damages or loss in transit. Go Modest Boutique will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include a packing slip with your name, address, email and reason for return. We cannot process your return/exchange order without your information.

Our items are thoroughly inspected before shipping so you can be sure the items you receive are free of defects.

You must contact us before returning an item to be sure it qualifies for a return.

Refunds

Refunds will NOT be issued. Store credit only.

Exception: If an item you ordered is unavailable/out of stock we will advise you and issue a refund or if you prefer you can order a different item.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate fee of $7.95 on all orders unless otherwise stated. Some Sale items do not qualify for free shipping.

We ship on Mondays and Fridays.  We do not ship or work on weekends. All in stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, not including weekends and holidays. This is the shipping policy of most all online boutiques.

All orders are shipped U.S.P.S. First Class Mail or U.S.P.S. Priority with tracking numbers provided for your convenience.

We ship within the U.S. only.

We reply to all inquiries within 24 hrs.

If an item you ordered is unavailable/out of stock we will advise you and issue a refund or if you prefer you can order a different item.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates on any orders. Weather, holidays, manufacturers, etc. can delay shipping time.

Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order. If you have not received your order within that time please contact us.

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates on Pre-Order, Back-Order or Drop-Ship items, as we rely solely on the manufacturer who may delay in shipping. Please see our policy Pre-Orders below.

Pre-Order Items

Please note:   We have estimated arrival times for when we will receive Pre-Order items to help keep you updated on their arrival to us. We ship out these items promptly to our customers once we receive them.

For Pre-Order items we ask you to allow up to 30 days (unless otherwise stated) to receive these items. We give an estimated delivery date of when we will receive that item on it's page. We cannot guarantee any delivery date on items, as we rely solely on the manufacturer who may delay in shipping to us.

Pre-Order items are items announced as (soon to be available) by the manufacturer to sellers like Go Modest Boutique. They are new or popular items on back-order. We order them early to assure we get those items before the manufacturer sells out. They are to be shipped to us by an estimated date.  We list them early on our web site because these items can sell out quickly if it is a popular style or customer favorite.  So order early before they run out of stock. We give an estimated delivery date of when we will receive that item on it's page.

If you order in stock items and Pre-order items on the same order, the entire order will ship when the Pre-order items arrive at Go Modest Boutique. If you want in stock items to ship right away please order them as a separate order.

Back Order Items

Items on Back Order are currently sold out but have been re-ordered and as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer they will be shipped out promptly to the customer.

Drop-Ship Items

For Drop-Ship items we ask you to allow up to 14 days to receive your item. These are items we do not have in stock, but the manufacturer does and they ship them to you for us or they may be shipped to us first.

If you cannot agree to the terms for Drop-Ship items, please do not add them to your cart. Shipping times for these are clearly noted.
